Returns and Exchanges

Online Purchases:

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included. All Fasean Trends Access merchandise must have all original packaging and components to be eligible for return or exchange.

Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. We do not accept returns of Clearance items.

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

Shipping Terms

Merchandise ordered on faseantrends.com can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states. We currently do not ship faseantrends.com purchases internationally.

You can track your order at any time online via our Chat with us. You will need to provide your email address and order number. You also can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email, or by Chat with us anytime.

Return any item you’ve purchased on Fasean Trends and have not used or worn (except items marked Final Sale or not purchased within the U.S.) You must file a Return Request within 4 days of delivery.
